Trevor James Wild Jr. of Potosi, Missouri was born on Friday, September 18, 1992 in Farmington, Missouri and departed this life on Saturday, April 9, 2011 having reached the age of eighteen years, six months and twenty-two days.
Trevor is survived by his mother, Donna Kay (Nash) Wild of Potosi, Missouri; father, Trevor James Wild, Sr. and wife, Erin of St. Clair, Missouri; one brother, Caleb Wild of St. Clair, Missouri; four sisters, Elizabeth Wild of St. Clair, Missouri, Mary Grace Wild of St. Clair, Missouri, Rebecca Wild of St. Clair, Missouri, Samantha Bowyer of Old Mines, Missouri; maternal grandparents, Suzy and Richard Nash of Old Mines, Missouri; paternal grandparents, Renee and Dan Killips of Antioch, California, James and Jackie Halena of Dalton, Missouri; step-grandmother, Mary Ann Pratt of Old Mines, Missouri; aunts, Tammy Nash, Tracy Thompson, Vicki Thurmond; uncles, Tye Nash, Tim Nash, Buck Nash, Richard Wild, Timmy Dale Pratt, Paul Pratt, Scott Pratt; also surviving are cousins, other relatives and many friends. Trevor was preceded in death by his step-grandfather, Dale Pratt.
Trevor attended the St. Clare Catholic Church, St. Clair, Missouri. He was a senior at the Bismarck High School, a member of the Pep Club and Varsity basketball team. Trevor was not only a good friend to many but was an inspiration to his fellow students. He always enjoyed good food at family gatherings. He enjoyed playing X-Box and hanging out with his friends, who will always remember him as an upstanding young man.
Visitation was held Wednesday, April 13, 2011 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Thursday, April 14, 2011 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
A Funeral Service was held Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 8:00 PM at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Reverend Doug Tindall and Pastor Tye Nash officiating.
A Funeral Mass was held Thursday, April 14, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joachim Catholic Church, Old Mines, Missouri with Father Ted Pieper and Father Bob Knight officiating.
Final Prayers and Burial took place in the Hopewell Cemetery, Mineral Point, Missouri. Honoring Trevor by serving as pallbearers were: Richard Wild, Scott Pratt, Jeff Jarvis, Chris Wakefield, Mike Linze, Kaleb Rothlesberger, Tim Nash and Peyton Wild.
In Honor of Trevor, memorials are to be directed to the Bismarck High School “Trevor Wild Memorial Fund” at #1 Indian Drive, Bismarck, Missouri 63624.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
