Amber Lynn Wills
Amber Lynn Wills of Potosi, Missouri was born on Monday, March 6, 1972 in Springfield, Missouri and departed this life on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at her residence having reached the age of thirty-seven years, three months and fourteen days.
Amber was united in marriage to Randy Wills on March 9, 2009 in Potosi, Missouri.
Amber is survived by her husband, Randy Wills of Potosi, Missouri; two daughters, Kayleigh Marie Babcock of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Mandline Wills of Potosi, Missouri; one son, Ethan Wills of Potosi, Missouri; parents, Marilyn and Willis Baker of Strafford, Missouri; one stepdaughter, Ashley Wills and fiancé, Chris West of Potosi, Missouri; two stepsons, Buddy Wills of Potosi, Missouri, Dennis Rulo and wife, Julie Godair of Potosi, Missouri; one sister, Anna Lee Molett and husband, Matt of Clarksville, Tennessee; two brothers, William Sorrells of Strafford, Missouri, Daniel Baker of Strafford, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Parker Turntine, Olivia Wills, Michael Elliott, Allayna Wills, Dakota Rulo, Mikel Godair and Jasimine Godair; close friends, Kenny and Melinda Graham of Potosi, Missouri; also surviving are cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Amber was preceded in death by one grandson, Devin Wills and daughter-in-law, Christy Dawn Wills.
Amber attended the Apostolic Fellowship Church, Potosi, Missouri. She was a very devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Amber loved spending time with her family. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed playing tennis and singing karaoke. Amber enjoyed swimming at the creek, painting and reading. Amber Lynn was a wonderful woman who will be forever remembered for the love and laughter she shared.
Visitation was held Wednesday, June 24, 2009 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
A Funeral Service was held Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at 1:00 PM at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Reverend Harry Gamble officiating. Honoring Amber by serving as pallbearers were: Billy Sorrells, Daniel Baker, Chris West, Buddy Wills, Stevie DeClue, Dennis DeClue, Chris Gamble and honorary pallbearer, Larry King.
Final Prayers and Burial took place in the New Diggins Cemetery, Mineral Point, Missouri.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
