Tamara Sue Winingar, known by friends and family as “Tami”, was born October 21, 1975 in Farmington Missouri a daughter to Carolyn Sue (Halbert) Weeks and the late Joseph Weeks. Tami departed this life Tuesday, January 25, 2021 having reached the age of 46 years, 3 months and 4 days.
On October 13, 2018, Tami was united in marriage to Elmer Winingar and they happily shared 3 wonderful years together.
Tami is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Elmer; mother, Carolyn Sue Weeks of Belgrade; sons, Dakota McClain and wife Megan of Bonne Terre, Trent McClain and Amelia Orrick of Ironton; daughter, Jera McClain of Belgrade; step children, Caleb and Jess King of Caledonia, Josh and Jess Winingar of Farmington, Cory King of Caledonia, Andrea and Jordan Winingar of Caledonia; brother, Craig Weeks and wife Renee of Belgrade; niece, Kaitlin (Spencer) Weeks of Park Hills; father-in-law, Elmer Winingar, special pup children, Tuff and Mai Mai, and many other relatives and dear and special friends.
In addition to her father, Tami was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bob Weeks, Peggy DeClue, Noel and Jean Halbert and mother – in- law, Brenda Winingar.
Tami lived life to its fullest and never let anyone stand in her way. Her presence could light up a room and she always had a smile and a hug to give. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed going to bon fires, deer hunting, road rides and riding SXS with friends. Her favorite place to travel was the Great Smokey Mountains. The serenity of the Tennessee hills brought her great peace. Her family was her number one priority and she loved having family dinners and being with those she loved, especially around holidays. She had a loving and caring heart and always took care of others in need, no matter the situation. She loved everyone unconditionally and touched many lives. She will be deeply missed and her memory will forever live in the hearts of those who loved her.
